If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Build‑Like and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and notify us of any breach.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

• Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro").
• Prices, taxes, and billing intervals are shown at checkout; fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your account settings.
• We may offer trials or promotions; eligibility and duration may vary.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, contract, IP right, or other third‑party right.
• Upload malware, attempt to probe/scan systems, or interfere with the Service.
• Scrape without permission, or use automated means that burden our infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

• You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit to the Service.
• You grant Build‑Like a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Build‑Like and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

The Service may link to or integrate with third‑party services. We do not control and are not responsible for those services. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. BUILD‑LIKE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUILD‑LIKE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD‑WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Build‑Like and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@buildlike.app. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days, we each agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration, subject to the Federal Arbitration Act, and not in court, except claims that may be brought in small‑claims court.

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to the address in the Contact section within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in‑product notification). The updated Terms will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
